At Therabody, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
